Hello ladies!

This week there are over 1,000 followers gathered at painted Lady fingers! I didn't want to let the occasion pass without expressing my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you all so much for reading and checking in. Thanks for your kind words and support and for expressing feelings and opinions. I am grateful for those of you who reached out to me in e-mails and those who offered advice when I had questions. I am really thankful to be a part of this community of beautiful, supportive and strong women. You all mean so much to me!

I appreciate learning about you through the comments, even in giveaway posts. That's one of the reasons I always add a question to the entries! It's fun for me to learn more about everyone's interests. I am thankful for the time everyone takes each visit. I love every bit of personality readers add to painted Lady fingers. I appreciate the more quiet readers as well. Being able to share my ideas and add a little whimsy to your day brings me so much happiness.

WildHeather: The menfolk of the geese families have never bothered me. I did once here a rather amusing story about when my sister was out walking with her friend. A goose chased her friend up the path and bit her backside! Ouch! She may have paused too long looking at the babies and appeared threatening. Not a mistake I will make!

Thank you so much! I'm happy to be introducing your work to many of my readers and reminding the rest of its wonders.

Silhouette Screams: Those little goslings are such charmers. I actually was able to hold one once. My friend David and I rescued a gosling last year. It had gone over a dam and was separated from it's family. He picked the gosling up out of the water and I carried it back to it's mama. All was well.

Thanks so much for your support and kind words!
