Painted Lady fingers Anniversary Celebration

Hello ladies,

It's been almost a year since my first post on July 24, 2009. I admit to feeling a little wistful when I look at the tiny beetles stamped over Zoya Ki. That was the first day I had ever used a digital camera. I was standing on a walking bridge overlooking the Wissahickon and my friend David kept cautioning me repeatedly not to drop my new camera into the river.

It amazes me all of the friendships I have made on-line and how my local friends and their pets have supported my blogging initiatives. Thank you all so much! I am very happy here. I hope you are too!

Let's take a moment and enjoy some flora and fauna and we will proceed with news of the event!

How I decided to celebrate is through offering some amazing giveaways for you ladies. These will begin either Sunday night or Monday depending on the weather.

There is lots to look forward to over the next month! Much of what is coming is based on my love of ladies' choice.

I'm going to be previewing the Diamond Cosmetics Fall Collection. There is no release date for these polishes yet. I will tell you there is a really nice dark green creme in the collection as well as an on trend deep terra cotta shade. Those are my top picks. You won't be seeing reviews of these anywhere else for a little while, but you will have a chance to win the entire Fall Collection of five colors before it's released. The winner will also get to choose seven other shades from the core line plus a treatment product.

Bathory Diabolique is going to be showcasing their wonderful handmade bath products at painted Lady fingers with a giveaway. One of the owners custom blends the scents in their entire line of scrubs, fizzies, parfaits, bath bombs and cupcakes. The winner will get to select whatever scent entices her for each of the products offered. It's a truly decadent experience.

A lucky reader will have a chance to choose an item from SerendityLicious. The creator makes amazing Gothic style pendants. For those with lighter hearts, there are also some beautiful nature inspired pieces in her etsy shop.

Art Club is going to be showing new additions to their Sprinkles line as well as offering a couple of classic nail art kits.

Chez-Delaney will be letting the winner select her choice of nail art stamping plates from in stock items.

Overall Beauty will be featuring some shades of BB Couture polishes.

Reviva Labs is offering a generous assortment of skin care items for the winner.

Some of the giveaway items will be grouped. There will be five different contests with five winners total. If you have won contests in the past, you are still welcome to enter. If good fortune is on your side, I am happy to convey it's message with nail polish and beauty items.

Are you excited? What parts of the event have you the most intrigued? Do tell.

Happy painting, ladies!
