Daisy Chain: Nubar Grass Green Glitter

Hello ladies,

This sparkling green transported me back to hours spent on a tapestry in the park. After reading and watching songbirds and squirrels, making daisy chains could fill leisure time in summer weather.

I stamped the daisies from Konad plate M37 with white special polish. To form their yellow centers, I placed golden pearls and rhinestones.

I adore this polish. Pure green glitter with the occasional speck of gold is blended in a clear base. Grass Green Glitter has been reformulated. I love that the current version is opaque in two coats. I am showing three here, but I tend to paint thin layers. The original color is a touch more blue and contains finer glitter without the gold accent.

I hope you enjoyed the weaving of flowers with sparkle.

Nubar Grass Green Glitter was sent to me for review. This shade is part of the Holiday Jewel Basket, available at bynubar.com.

Konad plate M37 was provided for my consideration. To view the full line of nail art stamping products, visit ocnailart.com.

Happy painting, ladies!

  3. That's a very gorgeous green glitter! It's quite holiday-spirit filled. But the daisies most certainly capture the aura of the mani- rolling hills and paddocks filled with daisies! :) Did you ever make daisy chains as a child?

  5. I love daisies... they happen to be my favorite flower. Now all I need is you to remove your nails for me and make it so I can replace mine with yours ;) I have nail envy going on here!

  6. I have got to figure out how you stamp so nicely...your nails are just as curvy as mine, and your stamps turn out beautifully! Must practice more...

    What a great mid-winter manicure. :-)

  7. I hope I have this Nubar glitter. I did buy some glitters and I already have a bunch of them. That Nubar sale was too tempting for me. I caved and bought quite a few polishes. Love the daisy manicure. Where is Spring?

  8. The May December paradox fought on the battlefield of green glitter daisy nails. I thought of mayweed and yule time. Very nice.
Remember dad's yule log perpetually burning on the tv channel serving as a fire source?
